Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You may return any eligible textile item within 30 days of delivery if:

  • It is unused and unwashed

  • Still in original packaging

  • Includes all tags, inserts, and accessory items (e.g., pillow shams or ribbon ties)


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Washed or used products

  • Bedding items without original packaging

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Customized or monogrammed orders


3. How to Request a Return

  2. Include your order number, product name, and reason

  3. Attach photos if the item is defective or damaged

We will respond within 2 business days with instructions and return approval.


4. Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the item and inspect it.

  • Refund does not include original shipping costs unless due to error or defect

  • You will receive confirmation once the refund is processed


5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless:

  • We shipped the wrong item

  • The product arrived damaged or defective

Please use a trackable and insured courier for your return.


6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. For a different size, color, or style, please return the item and place a new order.


7. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives with:

  • Visible damage

  • Stitching defects

  • Incorrect sizing or missing components

Contact us within 72 hours of delivery for priority resolution.
